Enova offers a complete factory overhaul, refurbishing, and servicing of the Iris and Halo LED Surgical Headlight line for returned goods, products needing warranty service, or products outside of the warranty parameters.


Step 1: Contact Enova Customer Service to discuss scope of return, receive an RMA number and arrange payment outside of the warranty parameters.

Call or email Enova Technical Support Specialists at 1.866.773.0530, 1.651.773.3181 or info@enovamedical.com to describe the problem you are experiencing, request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number, and arrange payment (if applicable). You will need to provide the unit's serial number, your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number. Payment is charged once the repair is complete using VISA, Mastercard, Purchase Order, or check.

  • There is no charge for repairs if the unit is within the warranty period, and the failure occurred under normal operating conditions as stated in the users' manual.
  • If the unit is not under warranty, repairs are at our standard labor rate of $75.00/per (US dollars), plus materials and shipping charges, with an anticipated one-week service time (from receipt of unit).
  • Returns are subject to a minimum fee of $50.00 (US dollars) to QC, inspect and re-package. Any missing components are an additional charge per the current Enova price list. Shipping charges are additional.
  • Service Policy and Flat Repair Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Enova reserves the right to make changes or improvements in its products from time to time without incurring the obligation to install such improvements or changes on equipment or items previously manufactured.
  • Enova retains the exclusive right to either repair or replace the unit with a "newly-overhauled" (NOH) unit or new unit, or offer a full refund of the flat rate of repair at its sole discretion.
  • Enova is obligated to charge sales tax in any state where we maintain a branch or office. Currently, we are required to collect sales tax in Minnesota. For these states, sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping charges.

Step 2: Ship the unit to Enova - Reference the RMA number

Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the unit and ship it (insured) to:

A technician will contact you once we receive the unit to discuss the scope of the repair, the timeline to return the unit, and any costs that are outside the standard costs listed above.
