Enova offers a complete factory overhaul, refurbishing, and servicing of the Iris and Halo LED Surgical Headlight line for returned goods, products needing warranty service, or products outside of the warranty parameters.
Step 1: Contact Enova Customer Service to discuss scope of return, receive an RMA number and arrange payment outside of the warranty parameters.
Call or email Enova Technical Support Specialists at 1-651-236-8858 or info@enovaillumination.com to describe the problem you are experiencing, request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number, and arrange payment (if applicable). You will need to provide the unit's serial number, your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number. Payment is charged once the repair is complete using VISA, Mastercard, Purchase Order, or check.
Step 2: Ship the unit to Enova - Reference the RMA number
Once you have received the RMA number, securely package the unit and ship it (insured) to:

A technician will contact you once we receive the unit to discuss the scope of the repair, the timeline to return the unit, and any costs that are outside the standard costs listed above.
